The houses on this parcel have 3 sources of water, so you will never run out. It’s fed by the Zancudo public water system and has two wells, including a deep perforated well that is currently not in use but can easily be used if you would rather drink deep well water rather than municipality treated potable water. 

Short Walk to Beach and Surf

The property is about 500 meters from the beach, so yes, you can walk to the beach if you want. The nearest beach is Playa Pilon with one of the best surf locations in the area at Pilon Main Point. There are also two other surf spots, “Middles”, which is great for longboarders and those that ride hydrofoils. The last point is one of my favorite spots to take the family, “Leftovers” Point. It’s got a mushy, soft, gentle wave perfect for longboarders and beginner surfers. Just a little bit further over from Leftovers point is a calm sandy beach.

Pavones a Short Drive Away

The town of Pavones is only about 12 minutes away where you can surf the legendary Pavones Point wave, the second longest left in the world and the best in Costa Rica. The area also has amazing big-game fishing, since the Golfo Dulce is protected from commercial fishing. Also the wildlife here is only second to Corcovado National Park, hence the night tours given at the property.
