The small community of Palo Alto is relaxed surf community up the coast from Zihuatanejo, Troncones and Saladita. The residents primarily come down for a few weeks here and there to surf, but everybody keeps an eye on each other.

Palo Alto is only 60 minutes from the airport of Zihuatanejo / Ixtapa and the improved road is a dream drive to the small town where you go on a finely maintained dirt road to the gated entry to Palo Alto.
